Im glad i get to make the art i want to make and put it out in the world without anybody knowing who i am when i walk down the street. a privilege to be able to create things for people without anybody feeling like i owe them my time and energy, comics is a good way to not be famous and still create

my arm has been hurting since thursday and we're finally getting to a point where i can see the end of the pain... which is almost more annoying because now that i CAN hold a pencil without excruciating pain, i need to stop myself from doing it... not yet... not yet...

At the airport, bought a pumpkin chai latte but they gave me a pumpkin latte and I didn’t realize until I left and now I’m left deciding if I should drink it and have anxiety because of the caffeine or accept that I just wasted 10 bucks

you know what, it's really hard to fall asleep when you're strapped into a weird device, but it's even harder when the doctor tells you "it's best if you sleep the full eight hours the machine is on for" <- a guy who got tested for sleep apnea
