And then, to make matters very annoying, someone was recording him on their phone. Clearly a tourist. But me and another woman asked wtf they were doing. The poor man's having a seizure. You don't record it. It's not entertainment. It's life-threatening.

The poor man was fitting and couldn't stop. The security guard and a young lady were holding onto him because he kept trying to lay on his back and smashed his head on the floor whilst convulsing.
All I know is they'd called an ambulance because he couldn't stop.

In front of her, a young man waiting at the counter had collapsed and was fitting on the floor.
I'm not first aid trained, but I do know that his Airways have to be clear. So I yelled out in English to get him in his side so he didn't choke.

I just experienced something rather horrible in Beograd bus station.
Not from the people. But an incident.
I was queuing up to buy a 'peronkarte', a ticket that allows access to the platforms at Serbian and Bosnian stations.
A lady behind the counter suddenly started shouting.
