I’ve been good at masking things and recently I’ve been trying to learn to be a bit kinder to myself and I feel better for it. It’s made me understand my strengths and weaknesses more. I don’t know whether I’ll get along with medication, but there’s only one way to find out… 2/

New journey starts for me tomorrow. I was diagnosed with ADHD in December. Learning to understand how my brain works and that things I’ve always just thought were normal (and learned to work around or push through) aren’t, has been very eye-opening. 1/
