between Returnal, Nightreign, that God of War Ragnarok update, and now that Donkey Kong Bonanza DLC, it's interesting to see AAA devs now dipping their toes in the roguelike genre (with that mainly being an indie dominated genre and all)

there's a mod the speed running community made that makes the ideal weapon (Black Knight Halberd) a 100% chance drop, but I don't plan on using that mod unless we fail the roll enough times for me to wanna give up and get on with the game
