The racist attacks against Indian Americans from the H-1B debate are disgraceful and must be condemned.

America is a nation of immigrants, founded on the principle that all people are created equal.

↗️ Provided direct support to 100+ people who have experienced discrimination in the workplace and/or in business through 1:1 outreach and group therapy

↗️ Fully operationalized with 501(c)(3) status

↗️ Hired our executive team, and more to follow in 2025
↗️ Held meetings with over 190 organizations and individuals to share our focus, to develop new and deepen existing partnerships

↗️ Spoke at 5 conferences and hosted 4 educational panels about combating discrimination at work, reaching 500+ attendees
At SwAA, as we sharpen our focus towards civil rights and legal advocacy work, we are encouraged and confident that we're providing much needed support and we're just getting started.

In just a few months with your support and partnership, we’ve accomplished the following:
Closing out 2024, a year in which we've made impactful collective progress as a community towards racial justice and increased representation across several domains. 

We thank you, our partners and supporters for driving and advancing Asians in America across numerous facets in our movement.
