And not to get in the weeds but why is properly funding a program a “bail out”? This is honestly kind of stupid. Is Social Security being “bailed out” when they raise the retirement age?

This isn’t like a big bank being mismanagement and needing an infusion of cash to avoid economic calamity.

I know Chicago has its problems like any large city does but it’s so crazy listening to people talk about it like it isn’t one of the best cities I’ve ever visited. And this will shock people but nobody robbed or killed us. Crazy, right??
