Sauna is increasingly popular in Sweden 🇸🇪. A fun sign of that is the Swedish entry at Eurovision Song Contest 2025 - the title is ”Sauna”!
In addition, attending Aufguss sessions are more and more popular.
And of course - naked in the sauna of course! Like here, me and a friend from US.

Last day of October it’s more comfortable to be indoors than working naked in the garden. As dedicated naturist I try to get as much clothesfree time as possible, since it’s the most comfortable ”dress”. Why not try it yourself?!😀

All the renovation work done by professionals, concrete drilling, pipe laying, bricklaying, plumbing, tiling, plastering, painting…
Everything according to planning done by a professional project manager in the board for the condominium association.
So several workers come and go here.

Living right now at somewhat a construction workplace, renewing the water and sewage system going on in the house. Had to remove everything from the kitchen, except the table. So the other rooms are a mess! Well, about to be finished, within some weeks…🤷‍♂️
I can get me some coffee at least.😊

Now when the autumn for sure is here, the lawn is yellow instead of green, almost all leaves have been blown away from the trees, then it’s cosy to get heated up in the sauna. 😅
