Minneapolis' Spectres of Desire came to Sweet Cheetah Records as a referral for PR. I loved Incursions immediately and feel so lucky that Jonny wanted to team on this release with me. This one tickles all my favorite new wave sensibilities. spectresofdesire.bandcamp.com/album/incurs...

Another single that Sweet Cheetah Records released in October was "Post College Days" by Salt Lake City's Box Elder. I'm excited for the band's debut LP in 2026!

Friends, I'm not gonna tell anyone who to vote for, but I wouldn't hate if you voted for some Sweet Cheetah Records releases... also, Rosy Overdrive has been super cool to Sweet Cheetah Publicity for several years now. Big shout out to them.

Because everyone in the Sweet Cheetah Publicity '25 cohort was so generous this year, I'm going to cap the year off by donating a half dozen (maybe more) brand new sweaters, sweatshirts, coats, etc. to the House of Bread's Warm Hands, Warm Feet, Warm Hearts program this week!

In October, Sweet Cheetah Records teamed up with Nashville's Cold Equations for the release of its "Satellite" single. If you dig fuzzy, anthemic guitar rock that leans into shoegaze territory, don't miss this one.

Another breathtaking release from Nashville's Palm Ghosts. In October, Sweet Cheetah Records teamed up with Poptek and Steadfast Records to release the band's Content Providers. The trio really leans in to power-pop and Bowie-esque tendencies for this one.

Another July Sweet Cheetah release came from Upset Boy and The Queens. The Nashville-based "party band for the dystopia" collects its first four singles for the Silver Dreamer EP. The band is a quartet now and I can't wait to see what's next.
