For something like this I created a mini tutorial for clients! Here I will share it!
🤓☝️Put the image you want on a 400 x 400 canvas➡️Insert the frame (they will look too big but this is correct)➡️Save image➡️Don't move the image when uploading and it will be cropped like this!
