Weird year! Stagnation and mental turmoil were largely present, and I had to contend with pervasive loneliness despite knowing I have friends, family and two partners who care.
I definitely haven't come to terms with it all, but I did come out of this year with a new resolve!

Still thinking about the pact that people who hurt you can just...move on.
Just completely forget about what they did, why they did it, even offer justifications for the things that scarred you.
It...sucks. Knowing you'll probably never get closure.
But you gotta keep on movin' regardless.

I know it's not true, but the thought of the whole cesspool that is the Triple A gaming industry being filtered by a three syllable phrase is killing me.
