This is what democracy looks like. Me and one of my besties headed over to Boston Common for a demonstration at the Statehouse to call for ICE to be abolished & make it clear WE CARE FOR US.
There were definitely tears when we chanted, “We’re not cold. We’re not afraid. MN taught us to be brave.”

Warren: "I know there are Republicans right now who are seeing what we're seeing in MN, and they know it's wrong. It's time to speak out. Silence is complicity. Grow a spine, show some backbone. Being 'disturbed' doesn't change anything and the ICE agents who are waving around loaded guns know it."

Call your Reps and Senators and make sure Democrats know the assignment. Two weeks to go: they need to state their demands clearly now--restrictions on ICE and send CBP back to the border where they belong.
Democrats must refuse to vote for any funding bill that increases ICE’s budget and refuse to fund DHS until ICE’s abuses of power are stopped.
