What helps you stay grounded in a busy world

Lately, I’ve been experimenting with AI generators like ComfyUI and RunwayML as a 3D artist. I’m pretty impressed by the quality of AI videos (Text-2-Video), but to be honest, it’s kind of terrifying to think where this is headed. How do you feel about all the AI content out there?
