Transport NSW launched with N Joshi a ferry named after @sydney.edu.au alumna Ruby Payne-Scott, the third woman to graduate in physics and first Australian female radio astronomer. Ruby laid the foundations of radio astronomy and helped uncover how the sun sends out bursts of radio energy.
