being anorexic in a society that downplays men's mental health is detrimental and making my life worse.

since covid i have not seen myself with more positivity than negativity, and it has caused me to lose 40 lbs in one year and i still struggle with how I see myself, even with some weight back on.

getting a PB is so hard when you have a horrible mindset...

i cannot keep my composure when I am a few seconds behind early in a three hour speedrun. i know that it is far from over, even halfway through but I let small mistakes let my temper flare and I get too angry to continue.
