I think the same with meltdowns too! I have such big physical effects from them (nausea to the point of sickness, dizziness, unable to hear, short of breath, etc) and doctors are so quick to label it anxiety and prescribe pills. Such easy accommodations can help a meltdown instead of pills

Now home, Jey digs into their bag, gleefully declaring, "At long last. These are mine now." A holy light shines forth from the bag, illuminating Jey's delighted face.
