Nobody wanted Hytale to be cancelled, I'm confident it's Riot's fault, it can't possibly be the studio's decision.

@hytale.com you really need to be less vague, if Riot is trying to shut the game down then you can literally just start a crowdfund and buy back the rights to the game. Easy as that.

I'm almost certain Hytale's recent cancellation was because Riot stopped funding them because they were panicking over the success of the Minecraft Movie.

Hytale was NEVER a competitor to Minecraft, and was never going to be.

At this point I want Hypixel to start a crowdfunding effort.
