ALMOST FORGOT THE MUSIC: It would be the Storer Broadcasting Company audio from 1979. Specifically the one that, according to AVID, is "Another funky, albeit mellow tune was used. This was typically seen on late newscasts at the time."

(Had to continue here because of the character limit) the text "A TVLOUIS" on the top and "SPECIAL PRESENTATION" type in from the left and right sides respectively, the logo and text then flash again, this time more similar to the old 2018 Logobro outro flash but left to right.

RANDOM IDEAS #IDK: A TVLouis special presentation ident from like 1979 that goes like this... On a black background, a line of 1976 TVL logos, though only the outlines of them appear from both the left and right sides, they then all combine into one, and then the logo flashes and fills in (comments)

HAPPY GLACEON DAY!!!
At the top, the words "HAPPY GLACEON DAY!" On the aurora-like background, 8 Glaceons can be seen. A Glaceon is a fox-like creature colored like snow, its ear-holes and eyes are blue and its paws are greenish-blue.
