It could have been an insulin syringe, usually 0.3ml with a narrow gauge needle. A narrow needle sometimes needs more pressure to inject since hrt is suspended in oil.
Getting blood from an injection site can happen if you hit a vein. while not ideal, it happens. You might get a small bruise

I sent in my own comment, I recommend others do so as well. I joined bluesky to follow other artists and showcase my work. If i decide to dabble into miniatures that depict nudity, or continue to work with miniatures that depict violence/war, I'd also potentially be in violation of the new policy.

If you're not an artist but you followed a nsfw artist over to bsky, use that feedback form to tell bsky that. Remind them they're opening a traffic and funding sinkhole that extends well beyond the "icky" creators they want to get rid of

Never forget that Norman Rockwell, debatably the most famous American artist to ever put brush to canvas, was not afraid to show the ugliness along with the good. Having his work/reputation sanitized and trimmed into marketable nostalgia is about American as it gets.

Here's a natural daylight picture of my Golden Demon entry. I didn't make any accolades on it, but I had fun doing it. I have goals and ideas of things to work on.
