Reuploading this because I forgot to include the recipe! This turned out so good! I used palm sugar instead of brown sugar since it’s less sweet (in my opinion), but the marshmallow definitely added some sweetness back! XDD

If you’re not into sweet stuff, I recommend reducing the sugar by about 20%

I forgot upload the recipes! If I finally buy a bedframe, I’ll send you cookies again, with letter this time!

10:38 Banana cookies with no eggs! I added choco chunks, almond slices inside and a bit of marshmallow on top. Such a fun texture!

I’m done being plain, I have free will now. Recipes in alt text
Ingredients:
	•	½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, softened
	•	¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
	•	⅓ cup (60 g) brown sugar
	•	1 medium (115 g) very ripe banana, mashed
	•	1½ cups (195 g) all-purpose flour
	•	½ tsp baking soda
	•	¼ tsp ground cinnamon
	•	1 cup (150 g) dark chocolate chunks or chips
	•	½ cup (70 g) chopped walnuts

Optional:
	•	1 mini marshmallow in the center of each cookie
	•	A sprinkle of sea salt after baking

⸻

Instructions:
	1.	Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
	2.	In a large bowl, cream together butter, palm sugar, and white sugar until smooth and fluffy.
	3.	Mix in the mashed banana until combined.
	4.	In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and cinnamon.
	5.	Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix just until no dry flour remains.
	6.	Fold in dark chocolate and sliced almonds.
	7.	Scoop about 1¼ tbsp (≈32 g) of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet.
	8.	Press one mini marshmallow in the center if desired.
	9.	Bake at 350°F for 14–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers look just set.
	10.	Sprinkle lightly with sea salt and let cool on a rack.

⸻

Yields: about 20 small cookies (≈32 g each baked)
Calories: approximately 170 kcal per cookie, including one mini marshmallow

Once I’m done making my house a home, I’ll try to make baking/cooking contents. Not sure if they’ll lead me somewhere, but I’m looking forward for it!

That's not important, the important question is, if I don't lift weights will my skin get saggy after diet? Need to confirm this to you.

Some people said, it will get saggy, some people said, it will not as long as the weight not loosing too fast

Beef teriyaki! This taste sooooooo good istg. Recipe in alt if anyone interested!
Beef Teriyaki Stir Fry (Indonesian Style)

Ingredients
	•	1 lb beef sirloin or flank steak (about 500 g), thinly sliced lengthwise
	•	1 medium onion, sliced
	•	Sugar and salt, to taste
	•	1 Tbsp butter or margarine, for sautéing

Marinade
	•	5 Tbsp sweet soy sauce (kecap manis)
	•	8 Tbsp teriyaki sauce (I use Saori brand)
	•	4 Tbsp soy sauce (this taste salty instead of sweet!)
	•	2 Tbsp sesame oil
	•	3 cloves garlic, minced or ground
	•	¾ inch fresh ginger (about 2 cm), grated
	•	Black pepper, to taste

⸻

Instructions
	1.	Prepare the beef:
Rinse the sliced beef under cold water to remove excess blood.
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a bowl, add the beef, and mix well.
Let it marinate for about 30 minutes (at room temperature or in the fridge).
	2.	Cook the beef:
Heat 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine (for sautéing) in a pan over medium heat.
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry. Cover the pan so the moisture doesn’t evaporate too quickly.
	3.	Adjust flavor and finish:
Once the beef releases its juices, check the taste and add a pinch of sugar and salt if needed.
When the beef is almost cooked through, add the sliced onion and stir briefly until it softens slightly (don’t overcook it, so it stays crisp and sweet). Add scallions or sesame seeds for garnish

Serve hot with steamed rice.

So, banana, strawberries, oats, and honey? And mix in some chia seeds too?

I don’t usually buy fruits since they’re pretty expensive, but I’ll give banana and strawberries a try this weekend!
