Early childhood educator. During the pandemic I continued to work with my kiddos. One 5 year old little boy looked at me one day and said "Tam, I don't know how you do it" when I said "do what" his reply was " make everyone smile".

On the morning of January 24th I was listening to @hcrichardson.bsky.social and @jbf1755.bsky.social on YouTube while cleaning. When they were done the Bulwark live podcast started. I stopped cleaning to listen. To balance the weight of the day I went to fill my bird feeders. Someone was watching

I need something to balance out the energy of today so I wanted to make sure my bird feeders were full. At one point I felt like I was being watched.

[Remember I work with young childre]. As I have read or listen to anything about ICE, what comes to my mind is; maybe posters with salt would be good at a protest. Here in Northern Vermont, when I want to get rid of Mother Nature's ice, I throw salt on it.

I have always said that I relieve stress in a physical way. Mother Nature: here is a bunch of snow to shovel.

I went on a cruise with my son, DIL, and granddaughter without wifi for a week (that is juice I was drinking while watching the sunrise).

When you are heading for a vacation and you let your childcare kiddos choose whether you bring a reading book or coloring book. Waiting in the airport goes much faster this way.
