I got new glasses today. They're what are called semi-rimless or half-rim frames.
I like them.

Today's bicycle ride around Manzanita
I'll share (another) insecurity. I hate taking "selfie" photos because of how close-up they are.
I need longer arms! But it is a lovely day on the Oregon coast in February, and those are rare.
It was a good day!
It's expected to be nice again tomorrow 😊

Today's bicycle ride around Manzanita

I saw an "Ideal Body Weight" chart that listed 177 lbs for my 5'11" body.
So I climbed on the bathroom scale. I don't feel too bad being 186 lbs.
I sure never thought of myself as "ideal" anyway!
