Ils sont plus politisés qu'au Canada car ils ne sont pas élus à vie et sont "redevables" à celui qui les a nommés.De plus le système de justice sous Trump applique une vision politisée dans la gestion des causes. Bref, une perte d'indépendance qui s'accentue entre autre par l'intimidation.
