I have just tested all variations of The Legion's Killer Instinct bug. I am pleased to say that it is indeed, completely, fixed. 🔪
9.4.1 Bugfix Patch will begin rollout at 11am, with fixes for Turn Back the Clock and The Ghoul.

I don't think there are too many Killer add-ons. I think there are too many Killer add-ons WITH bad or repeat effects. Consolidate the repeats down into a single add-on for each Killer, and rework the rest.

I'm genuinely shocked there weren't more bug fixes on this patch. There isn't any perk or Killer balance changes either.
Basically, if you don't want to pay $10 this patch has nothing to offer you.
