ig another difference between semantics and inflection is that inflections tend to be more pattern-oriented than semantic forms are.

though you can make the same argument with derivational morphemes.

just assigning meaning based off pattern recognition ig
the only difference between them is how much they depend on other semantic forms

it can go on a broad spectrum like this:

- nouns, verbs
- adjectives, adverbs
- prepositions, conjunctions
- discourse marker/indicator
- TAM
- person inflection
- ect.

any method to provide inflectional information can be used to create semantic ones too.

inflections can create new semantics and semantics can turn into inflections (+)
