Because that's not what happen - perhaps OP's first language isn't english or for some reason they w my care about facts but what is trade market (so, belonging to Inktober creator) is their logo. You're only affected if you put THEIR logo on YOUR art that you want to SELL. Same as if it's Disney's

This is such a bizzare complain to me because do those people really not take ANYTHING else into consideration? I mean, I'm not a small business but whenever I'm sending stuff to my friends, I'm always asked if I want to add insurence just in case 😭
