Updated my ublock Origin filters to now include the Bookmark counter in the expanded view. It does not display elsewhere far as I can tell and previous filtration to block other counters still seems to work. You can find the filters in one of my Github repositories here: github.com/TealfulEyes/...

It's been a really hectic and stressful past few week. Finished helping family for today so I made a big jug of hot chocolate and I'm going to work on a kit in my backlog. This kit seems fitting for the mood I hope I can achieve this weekend after...all the stuff that's been going on.

Throughout my entire life through school and work, it was always stressed how important attention to detail, communication, and taking time to do things right were. Yet I am watching those skills rapidly deteriorate at breakneck speed in various industries and it is disturbing as it is frustrating.

When the topic of alt text comes up with artists I get a common justification in some form of "well its not like blind people can see my art anyway". To the surprise of many, I am visually impaired. Enough that my vision is effected significantly, but not enough to be blind legally or need an assist

As tradition dictates, I am preparing myself for Thanksgiving and practicing Mario Kart World so I(and all the other older family gamers) can put the children in their place.

When designing clothing, I like to think of a few things...
1) Is there any cultural/practical significance, like status, occupation, rank.
2)How is the attire worn? As in how do they get it on and off.
3) Can this be worn or setup in different ways for different reasons. Like types of lacing styles

I loved Bluefangs, they were obe of the best parts of the Castlevania animated series(them and Isaac). Design, movement, voice and dialogue all beautiful. Its a shame they didn't get more screen time.

Creating a platform like bluesky, twitter, mastodon, etc...is actually pretty easy. Anyone can make a site with the same functions if they wanted to...
It's the scaling(especially cost of said scaling), legal stuff, and moderation that makes it difficult.
