I’ve just started actually shuffling songs on my iPod shuffle and not just use the playlists all the time, and, well, it’s like actually good. Even for my strict playlist tastes. Highly recommend chucking a bunch of music on a player, physical or otherwise, and then pressing shuffle at least once.

Xcode & iOS version mismatch was apparently the cause of my JIT-enabling woes. Why were they mismatched? I didn't have enough space on my Mac to update Xcode to a dot version higher. Sideloadly still uses DDIs and Altstore fails after one successful attempt, so debug in Xcode is still the way to go.
