I had read that lots of rail cos were regulated hard af, and they were put in a position that made them unable to stay afloat. meanwhile, municipalities failed to similarly regulate cars, who’s usage further deteriorated the service provided by rail cos.
i wonder if anyone out there actually says “i’m glad i can drive my car here.”
Bush Sr signed into law the ADA. Can you imagine any sitting republican doing anything as helpful as that lol
ngl i would be spending money in cap hill downtown area on the regular if the bike facilities there were better. it just feels like a car sewer.

strange because the residential streets to the east are all pleasant to cycle on. small, quiet. hardly any traffic
motorcyclists ripping through cities drive me into an ape-like rage
it just affirms my belief that social media is just a botnet for whatever topic “”””they”””” want to distract users with at the time
do you hear that? millions of californians crying out in horror at the fact that more people might live near them. it’s beautiful.

America is not building enough housing and Americans are facing sky-high housing costs as a result.

Today, the Senate took a historic step to change that.

The ROAD to Housing Act will help communities – urban, suburban, and rural – build more housing and bring down costs.
are there enough livable vacant homes in areas with resources and services for those recovering from homelessness to access?
cap hill downtown is such a fun area but i’m a bit confused at the space for cars in this little area. it just doesn’t make any sense. too much road. not enough people space
i wanna start backpacking some trails around the seattle area with my dog
i haven’t biked much around cap hill but i have yet to see any sort of bike facility on major roads. am i supposed to just die? i don’t get it
hahahaha i used to live in that new area. that bike lane always made me laugh. its like performative urbanism 😭
55 bike lanes
55 trams
55 light rails
55 busses
“as a cyclist… [terrible opinion]”

tried therapy for the first time and holy fuck what a relief. i don’t really have many shoulders to cry on/vent to so that stuff helped immensely. my goodness
and it ruined my life tbh
jet lagged and heart broken is a diabolical combo
they are very protective of their government designated living zones and government designated grocery zones.
the crushing weight of losing something you took for granted but was actually the life blood holding you together is quite unbearable
so far really love living in capitol hill. the housing is incredibly diverse here. a wonderful mixture of apartment buildings, stacked flats, row homes, town homes, single family homes, etc.

good vibes. just a few too many rushing cars at some hours lol
