For me, a 1:1 ratio of CBD/THC indica strain can knock me out really good and keeps my anxiety at a minimum! I used to be a heavy melatonin user but this switch has made me sleep better and not feel drained/groggy the next morning. Hopefully something works for your sleep soon!
