with my Food and Tummy Troubles my nutritionist was like "pack a cooler for your road trip full of tasty safe foods" so i have: ham and cheeses, pbjs, pretzels, cheese, cashews, jerky and meat sticks, rice cakes, yogurt, protein drinks/bars, clementines, dried mango, electrolyte drinks, and water

i have no goddamn idea how to pack light. but then my mom and stepdad were introduced at boy scout camp as "C this is P, he's the only person who packs more shit than you do."

in their defense between the two of us we always had the most exquisitely equipped camp sites and wanted for nothing.

I used some lotion my boss has and it TRIGGERED MY ASTHMA and i can't overwash bc the skin is fragile and sore and I'm dying. it's been four hours. It still smells so strongly. I have washed my hands like four times.
