My heart is heavy. A trip to the mountains helped in the sense I spoke with some AT thru-hikers & national park workers who were equally struggling. One in particular young man lost his dream job with the NOA. He was angry and sad. Hugs between strangers happened. #eastcoastkin #blueskymonday
