This motivation is often much stronger than what commercial work or money can bring.

In the end, our skill growth is the only thing that truly belong to us and stay with us. Fandoms and ships are fleeting—they are not ours to keep.

That’s why I understand ship wars, but I disagree with them.

Just my own opinion, but there are moments when being obsessed with a fandom can feel like it’s impossible to live without it. However, fandoms and ships come and go.

What truly matters is how fandom serves as a motivation for artists to refine their skills and convey emotions through their work.
