Kann auch sein, dass da mehrere Mitarbeiter spontan ausgefallen sind, das hatten wir zuletzt auch in einem Team. Eine Kündigung, zwei Schwangerschaften, eine in Rente und eine in Erwerbsminderung, da war auf einmal ganz dringender Bedarf 🙈

(Vor allem) Wenn es eine Behörde ist brauchen die ganz dringend wen. Wir haben das hier öfter vor allem in den komplett unterbesetzten Bereichen. Beginn ist sicher verhandelbar, aber soll heißen "sie können sofort anfangen wenn sie wollen".
