Have they not already been issued illegal orders? Sic’ing the military on peaceful protesters is a violation of the Posse Comitatus act. They’ve also violated international law with the extra-judicial killing of Venezuelans at sea.

Padilla: It’s not just undocumented folks who are being detained and arrested. It’s legal immigrants—even US citizens. We know of at least 170 US citizens who have been caught up in these raids and put in detention centers.

It’s the intended effect of this administration to stoke fear and terror

Of the multiple ideologies of government, fascism has been proven to be a more abject failure. Refusing federal funds on flimsy and inaccurate accusation of communist influence is just what one would expect from the current bunch of corrupt, mendacious politicians!
