In the foreground, there's a paw that's currently selecting the option "nuzzle" from a list that also include Fondle, Cuddle, Kiss, and @#&%.
Second panel: Jacob is now naked, and has started to stuff his muzzle under another fur's balls, supporting them with his muzzle. He's rolling his eyes and holding up a finger, expressing disapproval with an off-screen character, who has made some sort of comment about his current predicament. His reply is "No! I'm nuzzling this because I wanted to! What do you mean you made me?!".

Jacob the fox, in a bear form, wearing a skin-tight rubbery superhero suit. It generally follows his fox fur patterns, with black gloves and boots, and purple highlights around his boots, breasts, and most importantly, his crotch. He has a massive boner poking through. He's currently saluting to nobody, and his eyemask shows him with purple swirls indicating a form of hypnosis. There's a quote from off-screen, presumably from an employee: "Boss said he wanted to test out the new gear... I guess he's working?". On the opposite side is a thought bubble coming from Jacob the Bear: "You idiots! Get me outta this thing!" is what he WOULD be thinking, if it wasn't being drowned out by his hypnosis screaming "Work hard, play hard, be hard... Work hard, play hard, be hard..."
