The rejection sensitive dysphoria is STRONG today. 🥺 I’m already certain my kids are going to be bored and regret coming and they aren’t even here yet. And I KNOW that my favorite friend is busy but he’s not chatty lately and I feel like an annoyance.

I think I have fallen into a strange transitional period where nearly everyone who was super important to me, that I talked to every day, has kind of slipped away. Trying not to take it personally - things change, people come and go from your life for a reason. But it still makes me sad.
