Tonight I'm doing spinach and five cheese, stuffed cannelloni for vegetarian friends, and tomorrow is smoked turkey with all the sides. It's probably my last smoke of the year. ☹️

I started my day by announcing that I was doing massive cooks for the next two days so today, I would do NOTHING!

Then we did all the grocery shopping, took in the final harvest of the year, (except the hot peppers) filled up three compost bags, and filled up the wood shed.

I fail at lazy day.

Even in our tiny school, with so few students, there is a T.A. which leaves precious little time for our teacher to ever be alone with students.

We can walk into her classroom at any point; I did twice just this last week.

If everyone gets reasonable check ups, no one can claim they are targeted.

This tends to be a classic, "Everybody knows" situation that nobody addresses.

It happens in churches, schools, children's orgs, etc. & part of the problem is that employers are terrified to take a closer look for fear of blowback.

Looking more closely needs to standard process for all staff.

Agreed, & it's right there.

If he ignored the orders, he shouldn't have been allowed to continue in his work & they should have mandated that he never be in a position to be alone with any student which should have removed him from coaching entirely.

Other teachers knew he was creepy AF as well.

I can almost guarantee that the person who reposted it didn't know that, and that she actually believes what is being said here. She changed her profile pic to an ostrich and has been posting non stop about it.

I would like to believe Canadians are smarter but, I know they aren't.
