A structure stood before us. Known as Sunshine Hall, it is home of a charismatic man most feared 🫢

His loud voice, somewhere between yelling and speaking, is one reason he gained his fearsome reputation. Based on that, we were able to draw these portraits 😱

Speech Portrait featuring Rayson, the Word of Devotion!

Rayson is a Palugrondsy, a human subspecies. This makes him short in stature, but stocky. Most notably for these people is their hand, being nothing but floating orbs without any arms. Rayson has short black hair with graying tips, sporting a couple of notable curls on his brow and in the back. He also sports a spiked moustache of the same colour.

Rayson is an inquisitor, drawing parallels with the Spanish inquisition. He wears an orange tunic, bound together by a large red lace in the middle, which in turn is bound by a black belt. He wears a black coat over his shoulders, decorated with golden trims and extended into a collar. A long black cloak comes from underneath. In the left portrait, he can be seen looking over his shoulder while shouting. In the right portrait, he instead merely frowns, holding up his cloak in a defensive manner.

Rayson is a major character in our Inner Element saga, being featured as both an antagonist and protagonist in the second book.

👑 Lady Drizzle portraits 🐟

Coming up with speech portrait poses was easy enough! 🤭

When we arrived, she was fast asleep... of course she was. However, the moment we shook her awake, she gave us an angry glare! The rage passes within seconds, though, so nothing to worry about! 😇

Speech portrait featuring Lady Drizzle, the Princess of Slumber!

Lady Drizzle is what is known as an aqua ragdoll, a species humanoid fish, leaning more towards the human side. She is tall, with salmon white 'skin' and red scales that double as her hair. On the back of her head is a large tail fin, tied to resemble a ponytail. Her ears are also fin like, and she has smaller ones on each side of her limbs and midriff.

Lady Drizzle is dressed in a wide pink top which falls over her right shoulder. She wears a pair of red shorts with a fish design stitched upon. Around he neck she wears a pearl necklace. In the left portrait, she is shown sleeping with her hands against her cheek. In the right portrait, she is in a defensive pose with a somewhat angry look.

Lady Drizzle was a cast member of Digital Days, a webcomic drawn by Kosshi in the past. And older self of her is slated to be featured in Inner Element as well.

We have been wanting to draw this guy for a while! 🐽
However, Kosshi has never been good at drawing monsters, so we figure... let us make a quick sketch and ask feedback 🤭

Quick sketches of a Div/Div Gargoyle design.

A div (left) is described as having many of the characteristics of lesser demons, having horns, hooves, although they lack a tail. They are very tall, extremely muscular and have a profound hunchback*. Their faces somewhat resemble that of a boar, with a massive lower jaw and powerful tusks.

Gargoyles are rebons that 'work off a debt' after dying, working for the queen of the underworld. Noncubi and imps cnn also become gargoyles, but here portrayed is a div variant. They essentially became a more grotesque version of what they were before, and commonly have very thick skin, comparable to stone. Their snouts, hunchback, arms, wings and horns become much more profound.

We met Rokko around the time we went to marvel at the murals of Eclipse Castle two weeks ago 😮

However, while he is usually on his guard around strangers, we are no longer considered such! In this rare moment, he took of his helmet, a sign of friendly trust! ☺️

Rokko is a Palugrondsy, a human subspecies. This makes him short in
stature with a large head, but very stocky. Their greatest deviation
are their hands, being nothing more than floating orbs without any
arms. Rokko is bald, but has a brown hair, which is beginning to gray
due to his old age. His proud face also has wrinkles.

Rokko is a paladin commander of the Order of Celeste. He is fully equipped in silver armour with golden trims, including a helmet, breastplate, pauldrons and leg protection. All of his equipment contains elements of his deity's crest, being a circle within a square. He also wears a deep blue cape. In the first portrait, Rokko is shown with his left hand against his chest and his right on the hilt of his hammer (which is otherwise unseen). In the right portrait, he is shown with his eyes closed and holding his helmet in his hands, showing his bald head
underneath.

Rokko is a major character in our Inner Element saga, being featured as a main protagonist in the first book.

These challenges are a wonderful way to try something new. There have been plans to draw a reflection, but up until now we never really did. I am So happy that she was our first subject doing this! 🥰🧡

Double chibi raffle gift featuring Harmony and Melody!

Melody has short, slightly messy hair, consisting entirely of red and purple tones. While usually dressed in a skirt and leggings, for this artwork she is clothed in a suit. The suit consists of a gray colors, with the pants of a lighter tone. She wears a white blouse underneath, as well as having a red tie and black shoes to complete the set.

Harmony's hair is entirely red, being by nature curly and with a certain flow. While her skin is fair, she has sprouts on her face, chest and upper arms. For this wedding picture she is clothed in a stylish wedding dress, with the outline being colored to give it a more silky feel. Finally, she wears round glasses on her face.

In this artwork, Melody and Harmony are getting married in reference to artwork made by the client, @melodygilman.

🌞 Yonug portraits 🌝

Yonug has always been known for her huge smile. Of course, a lot of that is just to convince you of her innocence! She has a dark true self 🫢

After this reveal, Yonug becomes very bratty... with many losing faith in her. A huge shock to the deity, I believe 😐

Yonug is a deity, which can be recognized in our style by a fully coloured outline. However, in the left portrait, she is shown without due to losing her powers. As she is childlike, she is drawn with a small body, but a large, round head. She has relatively short hair, tied together in pigtails.

Yonug is dressed like a fairy-tale princess, wearing a frilly silk dress with golden trims, a silver vest decorated with her holy crest (a circle within a square) and a golden mantle. She usually wears a golden crown that is clearly oversized. In the left portrait, Yonug is shown happily smiling upward with her hands behind her back. The right portrait shows her deeply demotivated, slumped forward with a bratty scowl. Furthermore, she is missing her crown and mantle in the latter.

They say that this was the most powerful deity in the Inner Element universe! However, he has not seen for many years, and no one knows what happened to him... 😮

Full-body artwork featuring Deus, the Almighty Highfather!

Deus is a deity, which can be recognized in our style by a fully colored outline. He is depicted as an old man, albeit with a fairly fit physique. His gray beard is so long, that is far eclipses the length of his body. However, it twirls around him as if he is the center of the universe.

Deus is dressed in a light blue toga that exposed most of his upper chest. However, the cloth of the outfit cover his right shoulder. He is barefoot, but golden bands can be seen on his ankles and arms. Above his head is a halo, with a smaller variant within. Deus is facing forward in a floating pose, his hands outstretched to hold Planet Earth in place in front of him.

Highfather Deus is a major character in our Inner Element saga, being featured as a primary villain of the second book, and in many myths and legends.
