My 9yo was struggling to get into a good habit and was down on herself about it. Somehow, what came out of my mouth was: "Don't worry, you'll get there. It's not something to beat yourself up over: it's something to help your soul sing."

And I rather like it. Don't know where it came from 🤣

Haven't watched that video, but I agree. He had the moral high ground for once over Dedra, and he immediately attacked her.
Likewise, for all his self-righteousness, the second he saw Andor he ambushed him instead of, say, fighting the Imperials.
Realizing that he was *nobody* was his comeuppance.

I did file a police report including my (well-evidenced) suspicions. Unfortunately I can't prove the food thing but I now have a camera in place.

She *has* been warned not to get anywhere near my kids now, and DCF is behind me on dropping the hammer if she tries.

Yeah, she's not a safe person. She repeatedly ignored the very normal boundaries we set for her interactions with our 9yo ("ask before you touch her face or hair") and screamed at me for reminding her. So we no longer allow access.

On one hand, it's really stressful having an abusive duplex neighbor screaming almost daily, getting mad that we won't let her engage with our kids, and who does insane things like pour food on my car's engine block.

On the other hand, it's nice to know that all of Canada knows how that feels.
