Evan died by his brother, and his brothers friends on his birthday. Not only was it that it was his own flesh and blood in sense Evan sees this as Michael doing it because Michael loves it. Evan spent probably weeks in the hospital reliving his nightmare on loop. Until he finally died.

Charlie died in the rain, dark alley way, locked out by her friends, and stabbed by a family friend whom she thought she could trust. She was then left near the trash.
