Shocking details emerge: According to this witness of the Pretti shooting she saw laughing, clapping and celebration by the ICE agents. They were manhandling Pretti's dead body like a rag doll, scissoring open his clothes only so they could count the bullet holes as if they had shot a trophy deer.
