I don't understand the hate "Wuthering Heights" is getting

I mean, I am not planning on watching this movie. From what I have read about this movie, it isn't for me

When I first saw Pontypool years ago, I thought "Oh, this is a really interesting idea for a "zombie" movie."

It wasn't a homerun of a film, but I give a lot of credit for people who try to bring interesting ideas into film. Especially a genre that can be really cliched.
