Who says 43 is late ?

• I went to uni at 28
• I met my true love at 32
• I became an architect at 39
• I managed over $500M projects at 41
• I embarked on my academic career at 43

And before 50, I'll be a NYT bestselling author.

There’s no perfect age to improve yourself.

You’re never too late.
I’m in love with this quote:

“If you can overthink the worst, why can’t you overthink the best.”

Person to person:

Avoid the false dopamine hit of telling your goals to others.

Yesterday, I was blind.

My eyes were dilated. I couldn’t see all afternoon.

Everything that felt urgent meant nothing once my body shut down.

So I went home. I rested. Rest won.

Nothing kills you faster than your mind.

Don't stress over things you cannot control.

Those blessings hit different
when you remember what
you went through to get them.

Who’s really winning?

The $300K bitcoin bro stuck in traffic in their silly Telsa Cybertruck after a snowstorm, gripping the steering wheel and watching the minutes slip away.

or

This guy who takes the train, reads quietly, and arrives calm to the city without all that road rage?

It's not luck.
It's relentless quiet work.

No one will ever know
how hard you had to fight
to become who you are today.

That's ok.

You're doing this for you, not them.

Destroy the old you,
before it destroys you.

Today is a snow day.

Fresh air, cold lungs, and slow movement during this monster winter storm.

Short run outside at 6 AM (to clear the mind).

I treat days like this as a mental reset.

Stillness is an asset most people ignore in our go-go-go culture.

Grateful to nature for the pause.

Are you stuck, uninspired, and questioning all your life choices right now?

Just remember no one is coming to save you, and apparently sprinting through the snow like a deranged philosopher is the fastest way to get new ideas.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

Nothing changes if nothing changes.

No one is coming to save us.

Not our parents.
Not our best friend.
Not our favorite book.

Our life is 100% our responsibility.

Life is short. Don't settle for a version of yourself you don't like.

The problem isn't that your dreams are too big.

It's that your actions are too small.

Stop comparing your day 1 to someone's day 1000.

Incredibly underrated hack.

Sustainable success takes time.

Build with the future in mind.

What's your opinion on this?

The antidote for burnout is going back to something simple: playing outside

Playing in the snow helps us rebuild presence, joy, and a sense of aliveness. Step outside, feel the cold air, move your body, laugh a little, and let yourself be unproductive on purpose.

I highly recommend being friends with ambitious people.

Their drive pushes you to also work hard for yourself.

They inspire you to do better, be better. Their good traits rub off on you.

You start to want better for yourself and you grow.

Sometimes asking for help is the bravest move on the board.
January 18, 2026 at 6:11 AM
They asked:

“Why is it important to be kind?”

I said:

Because we walk past hundreds of people every day, and none of them wear signs that say, “I’m grieving,” “I’m exhausted,” or “I’m barely holding it together.”

But they’re everywhere.

Kindness might be the only softness they receive today.

Focus on what you're naturally curious about.

That's how you improve life satisfaction.

There's nothing more empowering than unlearning all the BS that made us sick in the first place and healing yourself
