The Greeks lasted 1200 to 1300 years.The Romans lasted 1000 years.The only thing that hasn't begun in our country are Germanic tribes invading from the North. We managed to start screwing it up after just 250. It seems to boil down to greed and mass stupidity. If Canada invades, we're doomed.
