Don't hide away on #WorldMentalHealthDay. The stigma of hidden conditions is real and isolates sufferers.

I'm in therapy for depression and neurodiversity issues that affect me every day. I'm not formally diagnosed (no advantage to do so at my age) but I'm suspected to be autistic and have adhd.
