It certainly felt slow but think it was a much needed change for the series, especially when you think about the last entries being much more action driven than survival horror. This game is also the first made on the RE engine that has given us all of the remakes
Amazing game. This was also a day one purchase for me and have played it countless times. That Hardcore run still gives me chills though (only 3 saves to beat the entire game).
