A few years ago I was lucky enough to rent some imaging time on an observatory grade Planewave CDK-700 which is a 27" astrograph. This is M16 the Eagle Nebula and the iconic pillars of creation. Raw data processed in Pixinsight. Wish I had more imaging time on this one but $$ #astrophotography 🔭

Well since it got down to 3 degrees F......I figured Id do a couple frozen bubble pics. #photography 📸

Smoke photos. Each one a bit different from the next like a snowflake or cloud watching.....All it takes is an incense stick, a dark room, a camera and a flash. Easy-Peezy fun on a rainy or snowy day.

New here to bluesky. No point mass posting old photos. But I'll just do a few......Elephant Trunk Nebula IC1396......ZWO S50 smartscope. I was pretty skeptical of these little scopes when they came out but I must admit you can get decent results and not break the bank. #astrophotography
