Shameless racism is America’s Portrait of Dorian Gray and, like Trump’s makeup, the growing hideousness of our true visage refuses to be hidden — not that anyone these days bothers trying. To the contrary, this wholly Republican government appears far less interested in secreting away it’s horrifying inner truth than in highlighting it, accentuating their own portraiture with one coat after another of freshly-applied white supremacy.
