When I was at City Airport last Tuesday, just before I flew to Berlin for three nights, wrote ‘!!WEEKNOTES!!’ in my bullet journal.
I want an inverse version of 'the sims' mixed with tower defence.
You are the architect and have to defend a bank/building from heists. Set the conditions up, modify the building with cameras and locks and stuff.

How is RL done/designed? presumably it's the design of the reward function thats the difficult bit?
