Tbh, Im not a big fan of the Mega Raichus. Kinda overdesigned. But “Gotta Draw em All” means “Gotta Draw em All”. I did my best to make em cute, and I think I was successful.

I remember bein afraid of Raichu as a kid. It was so brutal when it beat Pikachu in the anime. I wonder if Lt. Surge was reprimanded for hospitalizing so?
